Our Accident and Emergency forms are the most innovative in the UK and can be manufactured to a variety of specifications up to 24pp with glued pockets and double sided tapeseals. Hospital Mount Sheets and Blood Transfusion tags are also a specialty and can be manufactured with re-enforced punch holes and either integrated or tab on labels.

These can be manufactured with up to 12 leaves per set.
